Preparation of Monthly financial statements in accordance with the International AccountingStandards Maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with standard accounting practices &procedures. Vouching and verification of business transactions Compare budgeted, actual expenses and analyze variances. Check monthly payroll. Bank reconciliation statements and dealing with Banks. Prepare and submit monthly tax deduction statements. Prepare and submit monthly expense report to C.E.O.Maintaining Sales Tax Records. Responsible to Manage sales tax invoices of section 73 of the sales tax. Responsible to verify all kinds of vouchers posted on daily bases. Correspondence and dealing with other banks for clearance of Cheques / PDC of customers /Debtors also maintaining record of the same. Responsible for keeping legal documents, postdated and dishonored cheques of Customers /Debtors in strong room. LC costing of import materials. Reconciliation of accounts receivable / Payable. Preparation of daily dispatch report. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.Preparation of monthly payroll sheets.
