Responsibilities:• Responsible to perform overall Mechanical Design, Procurement Package, from Engineering to Construction / Commissioning phase along Coordination with other discipline i.e., Process, Civil, E &I. • Technical Bid development, Prequalification for contractors, review FEED, EPC & detail design. • Review the basis of the design BEDD, undertake detailed calculations to develop the design and ensuring that the design is carried out as per the industry standard practices. • Procurement & Construction Management, Plan directs and supervises the activities of contractor.• Involved in HAZID, HAZOP study, Refinery Shutdown & PSSR safety reviews, Pre commissioning & commissioning activities.• Ensures adherence to the company’s safety HSEQ standards and procedures during all stages of implementation of Projects & in specific by all personnel/contractors engaged project works sites.• Development of datasheet for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Oil Storage Tanks, Pumps other mechanical equipment. Develop, review and validate isometric drawings, elevation sections & selection of materials and as-built drawings• Development of cost estimation, Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Cost controlling of project progress using MS-Project & Primavera, and support procurement & contracts department for complete project.• Development of Material Specification, Piping specification, develop 3D Plant modelling, clash checks, Plot Plan, Piping Isometric Drawing, Piping layout, Piping BOQ, Bulk material take off.• Perform Piping Stress analysis, Finite Element analysis using CAESAR II.• Ensuring the completeness of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability in Design.Projects Description: 1. Refinery expansion & upgrade project: Currently Working as Lead Static & Piping Engineer for Pakistan Refinery Limited $1.2 billion upgrade project (unites includes RFCC, DHT, NHT, Alkylation) FEED project with WOOD group.

Responsibilities:• Review of FEED documents, responsible for overall project implementation from design review phase to HAZOP, pre-qualification of consultant / contractors, procurement management, planning, contractor management, pre commissioning to commissioning and hand over to operations team. • Development of cost estimation, Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting of project progress using MS-Project & Primavera Software, and support procurement & contracts department for complete project.• Development of Scope of work documents, ITB (Invitation to Bid) & RFQ (Request for Proposal), Project Risk Register with mitigation plan for assigned project. • Review equipment & piping detail design and technical specifications.• Involved in procurement & testing of transformer and switchgear as per technical specification. • Compliance of HSEQ standards as per Company Policy.• Dealing with Port Qasim Authority (PQA) inspector and to full fill PQA requirement.Projects Description: 1- POL up gradation project: Working as Design Review, Procurements, Construction & Commissioning Engineer for Pakistan Oxygen Limited with LINDE Engineering for Air Separation Unit (ASU) 270 TPD.
