Q2 Recipe growth is 14% against -4% of Q1 and Food growth of Q2 is 27% against 11% of Q1 total YTD growth of H1 is 21%.• Consistently achieve 100% PS compliance Oct 2020 – Dec 2020.• Manage reporting of Brand Drives, Coverage, Market Sale, Growth, Visibility Drives. Ensure KPI’s Bill productivity, ECO, LPO, Booking VS Execution.• Manage Perfect store on all Key Accounts ensure 100% compliance on MSL, SOS, Planogram, POSM.• Managing yearly JBP agreements with customers. Ensure and lock yearly targets, SOS, MSL, Planogram and POSM to enhance visibility and availability in all categories across all stores.• Responsible for category wise, brand wise category growth and driving initiatives.• Cross functional collaboration with Brands, Sales, Supply chain to deliver S&OP month on month and yearly budget, driving business which align with organizational goals.

• Distribution of products and manage allocated customers inside the territory.• Responsible to deliver sales, distributions, and display targets.• Implement brands, promotions, and other plans in the territory.• Effective coverage of all routes and random checking of retail outlets. • Monitor distributor loop (inventory management as per terms), Distribution of products and on-job training of distributor's staff. • Ensure coolers, POS, merchandise, and other company resources are effectively utilized in the territory
