CurrentAs a DevOps Developer at GoSaaS, I am responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and scalability of applications. After a successful stint as an intern, where I grasped the fundamentals of our cloud infrastructure and the intricacies of our software development lifecycle, I have transitioned to a full-time role. In my current role, I have accomplished the following;● Migrated infrastructure (Servers/Cloud/EC2/AWS) to Kubernetes (EKS/AWS/OCI) using CI/CD & GitOps practices. Prepared Docker files and manifests for microservices based architecture and prepared pipelines using Jenkins. Configured security RBAC for developer team to interact with clusters.● Monitoring of web applications/servers along with Kubernetes clusters using Grafana, Prometheus and Blackbox exporters. Connecting multiple data sources with Grafana for better observability including Wazuh SIEM for security. ● Enhanced cloud security using AWS Security Hub. Enabling vulnerability scans on image push to ECR. Linux-Hardening for internal workstations to ensure a secure environment for everyone. Utilized AWS IAM for fine-grained access controls.● Performed automations in context of AWS CloudWatch & CloudTrail monitoring. Prepared Terraform configs for alert provisioning on Grafana. Provisioned CloudWatch/Grafana K8s alarms using Terraform providers. Utilized bash scripting for applying alarms on RDS databases in AWS using Jenkins jobs.● Deployment of Web Apps (MERN/MEAN) using AWS Elastic Beanstalk. Used AWS Code Commit with Jenkins CI/CD for deployment on AWS Cloud Platform ensuring best security practices.● Utilized Bash/Shell scripting for writing scripts to solve data wrangling problems internally and for automation. Wrote scripts for AWS Cost management and automation.● Familiar with Git & GitHub and security best practices for repository management. Proficient in Linux administration and Jenkins.
