Production posting in SAP.9. Ensuring quality of products by coordinating with Quality assurance and Quality control departments.10. Cycle count posting in SAP S4/HANA.11. Ensuring safe working environment in plant premises.12. Making sure the availability of all required personal protective equipments in plant premises.14. Ensuring the issuance of work permits to supporting departments.15. Conducting Trials for product improvement.16. Conducting Root Cause Analysis against product complaints.17. Shift planning and manpower management.

1. Inspection of incoming Raw materials consignments. 2. Supervising dispensing and material issuance against given BOMs.3. Monthly stock count of 3 PM (Herbal Science Pakistan ).4. Annual stock count of L'Oreal Pakistan and Sanofi Aventis.5. Segregation of Raw Materials and Storage of Raw Materials according to their recommended SOPs.6. Material management.7. Training team about Material handling, and implementation of Material Safety Data Sheets of raw materials.8. Liaising with the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department regarding COAs.9. Ensuring a safe working environment in the warehouse.10. Ensuring controlled Temperature and humidity.11. Sharing discrepancies with customers.12. Health and Safety training of the team.13. Assuring the Quality of Raw Materials before issuing raw materials to the Production team.14. Ensuring FEFO implementation on Raw Materials.15. Ensuring the shelf life of Raw Materials and liaising with Quality Control and Customers regarding expired Materials.16. Ensuring dispensing booth working.17. Ensuring cleaning of equipment and utensils to avoid any foreign matter or contamination.
