• Maintain cost accounting module in Oracle ERP. • Setting up standard costs for each product & maintain standard cost manual.• Pre evaluation of project cost and profitability.• Co-ordinate with production department and stores. • Set up coasted bill of materials.• Calculation of Overhead rates for each production line and each product.• To calculate the Standard and actual cost variation. • Set up and assist FD in product pricing. • Analysis of standard cost variances and explanation of variances to FD • Identify process improvements for efficient and effective production. • Improve the product margins. • Create early warning reports. • Preparation of annual revenue budget for each production line and quarterly reviews. • Monthly revenue and margin forecasts. • Review procurement of raw materials as to right source, price, time and quantity. • Monitor cost inflation/market fluctuations on raw materials and take proactive actions to counter them in co-ordination with the FD • Maintain all cost accounting records and efficient & effective archive system. • Co-ordinate perpetual inventory counts • Monitor the daily factory supply issuance

• To conduct audit of accounts, Administration & HR, Purchase, Production and Stores as per the internal control procedures;• Pre audit of Financial statements before submission to external auditor; • To conduct audit of all kinds of vouchers, contractor payments, party payment, production wages and salary payments;• Monthly stock taking and posting of control documents and to make ensure that cut off are not disturbed.• Valuation and calculation of group WIP and finished goods for the external audit purpose;• To ensure the proper recording of fixed assets in the fixed asset register;• Reconciliation of disputed party accounts and resolve the difference;• Daily checking of gate pass, PO and GRNs and reporting the non-compliance. • To check the existing controls and propose new one as necessary;• To check the Accounting treatment of adjustment and financial impact thereto;• Identify operational inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures;• To evaluate both administrative and accounting controls;• To Ensure that policies and procedures are being followed consistently throughout the organization in order to safeguard its assets;• To determine that there is segregation of duties and dual control as necessary;• Pre audit of various bills like bills of freight forwarding agent, Couriers and repair and maintenance of vehicles; • To determines whether the system of authorization and recording procedure is adequate to provide reasonable accounting control over assets, liabilities income and expenses.
