Implementing procedures to keep visible and invisible shrinkage to keep within acceptable levels.Monitoring and managing the deliveries of more than 1100 customers daily/weekly / monthly basis ( HoReCa, Institutions & Trade).Stock availability of more than 2000 core articles in the store for customers.Reports writing like Daily Sales, Profit & Loss, Section Based Sale ( Fresh Food / Dry Food / Non Food), Graphical Representation of Loss Sales Opportunity, Individual & Detail Costing of Vehicles, KPI's presentation, Missing Articles, daily pickers, and Daily Activity Report.

Responsibilities:Stock maintenance and stock movement.Clarification of stock difference including minus stock, stock 1 & 2, Zero stock.Organizing regular Inventory of 1600 Articles in department.Communication with the Buyer and Suppliers regardsin stock ordering, forecasting.Preparing Metro post twice a month.Preparing and maintaining the layout of department.presentation, gap checking and replenishment.Leading the team comprising of 6 members.
