•Leading the design process from job assignment to the designers and release of designs as the Design Team Leader.•Responsible for In-time delivery of designs.•Management of design schedules.•Final checking of designs before release.•Socket design and component library management.•Designing with SMT Components including SMT Sockets, BGA Sockets, FBGA Sockets and PLCC Sockets.•Help designers in troubleshooting.•Provide training to the trainees on state of the art CAD softwares.•Communicating with the Application Engineers. •Designing of multiple layer burn in boards (HAST boards, Criteria boards, 85/85 boards etc.)•Designing of high frequency, multiple layer load boards (DUT cards and program cards).•Schematic designing and component library management including socket design.•Expertise in Max3, Max4, MCC, Intel Ubid Ovens &latch up ESD MK2, MK4 Boards.
