- Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience through consultative selling practices
- Educate the customer on how to set-up and use their device Manage customer issues and deep dive to understand the cause
- Manage, lead and execute product demos during the Sales Process and Identify opportunities for cross and upselling
- Troubleshoot device software and hardware may it be to Open and track service requests, to schedule technical appointments or to Liaise with Technical Support as required
- Ensure customer retention through follow ups and provide suggestions to the Store Manager on ways to improve customer experience
- Meet and Exceed Individual Sales Targets and NPS
