Project: JK1-1 Data Center- Equinix, Inc (EQIX) Jakarta Projecr Control (2023-Present) - - Prepare and assist in preparation and implementation project execution plan, from identifying project plan and proposal to review and analyze project progress -- Ensuring plan, direct, and monitor the implementation of praject schedule- Create, develop and control schedule of work activities for a project which clearly show the work breakdown structure, eritical path activities, progress eamed to date and programme to completion - Carry out weekly meeting to control project, check progress, manage cost, identify deviation from plan, detect risk and forecast future performance-- Identify opportunities of changer order in the contract and coordinate all necessary negotiations-- Drive all stake holders involved in the project process, participating actively with sourcing, procurement, and logistics of the delivery with focus to fulfill all the project targets

PIM (Alfa Group) Tangerang Engineer (2022-2023) - Assisting project managers in planning and executing projects Coordinating with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, ond suppliers- Assisting in creating project schedules, budaets, and timelines Monitoring project progress and ensuring odherence to quality and safety standard- Assisting in managing project documentation, including permits, drawings, and specifications- Assisting in conducting site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out as planned- Assisting in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project- Assisting in tracking project costs and ensuring they stay within budget

1. Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision and contract follow up works.2. Liaise with client, owner, building management consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor and others where necessary.3. Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, sub-contractor, supplier and vendor.4. Review project team work performance.5. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at project worksite.6. Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.7. Make Report Project Progress, Controlling cost and Forecasting Cost

1. Carry out designs of temporary structures in accordance with indications of Engineer in Charge 2. Understanding the time frame (deadlines), monitor progress and inform on changes3. Managing of drafting manpower assigned to her / him with regards to quality, schedule and manhours spent4. Coordination with Methods and/or Mechanical Departments during development of designs5. Understanding and mitigation of technical risks associated with the task6. Seek advice from senior staff if she / he cannot solve a problem on her / his own7. Make Value engineering document
