- Perform site visits to clients’ premises and assess suitability of premises for food business Behind-the-scenes business setup process with Client- Hiring & Recruitment Barista- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities- Collaborate with Elevate Team to help for Standard Operational Procedures aligned- Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.- Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings- Evaluate & Audit Stores (Incl. - Collaborate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) team to design and deliver training programs for the introduction of new products.- Lead the development of a Learning Mobile System, specifically Yoobic One, to establish a structured and engaging learning platform for our employees.- Analyze training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in learning and development strategies.- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Develop and maintain learning and development policies, procedures, and guidelines for related departments- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.- Manage training budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.- Lead a team of Trainers responsible for delivering on-site training and support.- Directly report to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on learning and development initiatives and outcomes.

- Responsible of handling store in Jakarta Area (Menara Jamsostek & Cibubur)- Increasing Standard of Customer Service & Standard Operational- Providing training, coaching mentoring & Motivating for all staff/barista in store about Product SOP, Grooming, Customer service & Upselling Product.

- Responsible of handling 4 stores in Bogor & Depok Area- Increasing standard of customer service & Standard Operational Procedures across the area- Providing training, coaching mentoring & motivating for all staff/barista in each store about Product SOP, Grooming, Customer service & Upselling- Monitoring staff attendance by Roster, Plotting & manning staff schedule use Shifting system
