Sales Manager with the following responsibilities: Managing diversified corporate portfolio regarding accommodation and conferences. Negotiating proposals regarding tariffs and use of hotel facilities. Preparing various promotional strategies. Internal/External correspondence & communication.  Determining progress of the business through comparative analysis and developing strategies accordingly to enhance the profitability. Participation in the executive meetings. Resolving customer complaints.

 Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.  Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.  Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.  Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.  Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
