JOB RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES. Receive & review the Project related documents & drawing. Follow up with design for any change design discrepancies during job execution. Control of Engineering Documents related to the materials as per ISO requirements. Arrange and conduct meeting on quality issues with production Supervisors.  Analyze the Fabrication sequence of Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger and tanks. Review of WPS, ITP, NDE requirement. Coordination with QC for inspection activities. Ensure that Health Safety Environment requirements are being fulfilled. Prepare standard work practices.  Prepare Master schedule and set priorities to achieve targets. To manage Resources as per Plan. To monitor the execution and make weekly and monthly progress reports. To prepare forecast work load status. Prepared technical reports, cost studies, scheduled state inspections, and maintained records. Participate in the planning of temporary repairs and getting approval. Provide guidance and Assistant in work execution as appropriate.

Job description: Monitoring of plant through control panel (PLC system). Startup and Shut down activities. Takes immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personnel, plant  equipment and production during emergency situations. Take field reading on regular interval and record operating parameters. Prepare process equipments, vessels, lines, etc. prior to start-up, shutdown or for any maintenance activity as per established procedure. Monitor the running equipments and troubleshoots process abnormalities, deviations from normal operation. Acts as an emergency response team member in case of emergency. Handover/Take over equipments from maintenance safety and as per work permit procedure. Ensure safety is being followed in plant by all people around and inside the plant Training of new subordinate.
