Played a lead role in negotiating and concluding the commercial and legal terms and conditions of project financing on behalf of Lucky Cement [ US$ 270.0 million project ]. This project financing was first of its kind for Lucky Cement and YBG. Was also chair of the 'Board Audit and HR & Remuneration committee'.Was a Director [November 2015 ~ June 2017] on the Board of Al-Mabrooka Cement Manufacturing Company [a cement grinding unit of Lucky Cement ], in the Republic of Iraq.Was an 'Independent Director'​ [May 2013 ~ May 2017] on the Board of 'Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited'​ [a House of Habib (HOH) company listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange], Chairman of the 'Board Audit Committee'​ and member of the 'Board HR & Remuneration Committee'.Spearheaded Anti-dumping investigation assignment in 2015 - investigation conducted by South African Custom Union [SACU]. Anti dumping duty imposed on Lucky Cement was by far the lowest compared to rest of the competing cement players in Pakistan.Played a lead role in getting SAP S / 4 HANA Enterprise [ERP] project approved by the BOD of Lucky Cement. Lucky Cement was the first implementation of SAP S / 4 HANA in Pakistan -[implemented in May 2016].
