Muhammad Faisal is an MBA (Marketing) and Masters in Islamic Sciences (Shahadtul Aalimiya | 8-year program) with over three decades of rich experience in the corporate world. Having worked at major multinational and national organizations including Siemens and Macter, he has served at senior leadership positions as Head of HR, Head of Information Systems and Head of Shariah Compliance. Equipped with solid understanding of business, Faisal has trained thousands of people on diverse subjects such as Leadership, People Management, Balanced Score Card, Culture Change, Personal Excellence, Interviewing Skills, Performance Appraisals, Communication Skills etc.At a very young age, he was awarded by Siemens for outstanding performance as Project Manager for Culture Change. During this time, he also developed a Leadership Excellence intranet website which was included in the Global Good Practices Database of Siemens AG.He is an expert on linking strategy with execution (through Balanced Scorecard), Change Management, KPI-based Management, Competency Assessment, 360 degree assessment, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Job Evaluations and also supervision of Lean-Sigma projects.Since 2011 he was actively involved in the Shariah Compliance initiative of a pharmaceutical organization where he successfully supervised gap analysis, implementation and audits. He simultaneously worked on Ubudiyyah Business Model (UBM) along with a team of Ulama and professionals and as Project Manager, played a key role in its development. Further, with his in-depth experience of Change Management, he designed a unique system that facilitates development of Ubudiyyah Culture in the workplace.He speaks Urdu, English and German and has taught at Iqra University & Karachi University Business School.
