- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and direction.- Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.- Control Operational HR such as Recruitment & Selection Coaching & Counseling Employee, Industrial Relations, and HR administrative duties such as employee database, attendance.- Prepare Employee Code of Conduct/Company Regulations.- Create and renew Guidelines & Policies in HR field.- Prepare and conduct training for employees.- Collaborate with department heads to address team or individual challenges, helping managers improve team performance and employee relations.- Implement performance management system & procedures.- Monitoring all General Affairs matters, such as assets maintenance, building management, stationery, housekeeping, day to day activities, etc.
