• Ensure all projects and programs (prototypes, systems, and outreach) align with UII’s strategic goals in advancing EV technology and sustainability.• Oversee allocation of financial, human, and technological resources across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.• Monitor progress and deliverables of key prototypes (Gatotkaca Proto, Dust EV, Aswatama EV) to ensure milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.• Lead the integration of intelligent control systems, telemetry, and autonomous vehicle technologies into EV development projects.• Identify potential risks, assess project feasibility, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure portfolio success.• Collaborate with internal teams, industry partners, and the public to support community EV education and technology adoption.• Drive continuous innovation and explore opportunities to scale prototype designs and programs for wider industry or societal impact.

• Ensure the optimal functionality of PLC and SCADA systems through preventive and corrective maintenance. • Identify and resolve technical issues in PLC and SCADA hardware and software to minimize downtime. • Analyze system performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements. • Provide technical support for special projects, such as new machine installations or control system developments. • Collaborate with production teams to understand operational requirements and ensure automation systems support manufacturing processes effectively.
