Key Responsibilities:• Preparing Weekly FBNs / FBDs MIS for onward submission to the Divisional Head, International Division. • Preparing Weekly Import / Export MIS for onward submission to the Divisional Head.• Coordinate with Branches / Regional Offices to ensure timely submission of data updates.• Documenting and maintaining records related to the Job assignment.

Key Responsibilities:• Posting of Cash / Transfer Receipts and Payment Instruments. • Preparing Payment Order / Demand Draft / Advices and various types of vouchers.• Checking Cashier Log Book / Cash Memo and physical Cash on daily basis.• Opening of accounts.• Preparing various statements on weekly and monthly basis for onward submission to the Regional office.

Key Responsibilities:• Processing of Inward / outward clearing.• Processing of Inward Bills Collection (IBC) / Outward Bills Collection (OBC).• Posting credit and debit vouchers in the related ledgers.• Balancing of Current accounts ledger on weekly basis and saving accounts ledger on monthly basis.• Preparing various types of vouchers and advices.
