• Preparing Weekly FBNs / FBDs MIS for onward submission to the Divisional Head, International Division.
• Preparing Weekly Import / Export MIS for onward submission to the Divisional Head.
• Coordinate with Branches / Regional Offices to ensure timely submission of data updates.
• Documenting and maintaining records related to the Job assignment.

Karachi

• Key Responsibilities:
• Posting of Cash / Transfer Receipts and Payment Instruments.
• Preparing Payment Order / Demand Draft / Advices and various types of vouchers.
• Checking Cashier Log Book / Cash Memo and physical Cash on daily basis.
• Opening of accounts.
• Preparing various statements on weekly and monthly basis for onward submission to the Regional office.

Karachi

• Key Responsibilities:
• Processing of Inward / outward clearing.
• Processing of Inward Bills Collection (IBC) / Outward Bills Collection (OBC).
• Posting credit and debit vouchers in the related ledgers.
• Balancing of Current accounts ledger on weekly basis and saving accounts ledger on monthly basis.
• Preparing various types of vouchers and advices.
