As a product owner, my role is : • Process discovery : gathering idea by observing and validating what client or non-client needs, what their root problem, so I can find the solution for them, and the goals of the feature will be. The ideas that have been collected will be reported to Product Owner Manager and will be prioritized, which feature will be the first thing to do. The prioritization methods are KPI Priority, Impact VS Effort analysis, RICE, and Paretos Analysis.• Process development : after a feature has prioritize, then I create a requirement for a feature. And make a small team project for feature development.• Process delivery : when the feature development has finish, it will be deployed to demo stage, and some of the team project will present the feature with business team. If it’s approve, we can launch it to clients.• Process measurement : After the feature is deployed for clients, in several days, I will do process measurement. It’s to measure the KPI or goals from the feature, achieve target or not.

• Maintain smoothness front office operational from reservation, guest check in / check out procedure, checking data in system, and reports.• Handle guest complaint and give a best solution for guest. If the problem cannot be solved on that time, I will escalate to Front Office Leader or Manager On Duty.• As a communicator from Front Office Leader to Staff, and otherwise, from Staff to Front Office Leader.• Manage schedule for all front office staff. And need approval from Front Office Leader.• As a Night Auditor, checking all transaction accuracy on that day from front office and food & beverage department. Do a night audit process (running night audit), and collect reports from the system. The reports will be sent to Front Office Leader, F&B Leader, House Keeping Leader, Engineering Leader, Accounting, and General Manager.

If the problem cannot be solved on that time, I will escalate to Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager, or Manager On Duty.• As a Night Auditor, checking all transaction accuracy on that day from front office and food & beverage department.
