I’m working in Accounts & Finance department directly under the supervision of Director Finance. My responsibilities include:• Engaged in preparing the forecasting including collection of data from different Business Units and converting to presentable form for the forecast.• Preparing the budgeted financial statements including the calculation of cost multiplier.• Helping to prepare monthly Financial Statements.• Preparing budgeted cash flow statement.• Coordinating with Internal and External Auditors• Preparing Zakat and Deferred Tax Calculations and WHT reconciliations for tax purpose.• Preparing different type of management reports based on management requirements including Monthly Trend Cost Analysis Report and Backlog Report etc.• Actively involved in month end closing of book keeping.• Preparing KART (KBR Account Reconciliation Tool) Reports including Debtors Ageing Analysis, Employees Advance Analysis, Retention Receivable Analysis etc.

Preparation and finalization of annual and interim accounts of the Company in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local statues and regulations.Preparation of monthly Management Accounts with financial analysis.Monitoring and management of Cash Flow, Fixed Assets and Capital expenditure of the Company.Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Payroll and Lease Amortization Schedules.Preparation of annual budget of the company and monitoring of budget overrun.Perform monthly financial analysis on the basis of financial statements and annual budget.Liaison with external auditors and resolving audit issues.

Job Responsibilities:• Development of Annual Audit Plan, performance of audit procedures, supervision and finalization of engagement. • Understand the entity and its environment including identification of risk of material misstatement. • Obtaining an understanding of accounting and internal control system of the entities and performance of risk assessment procedures and test of controls of various processes. • Prepared draft financial statements for discussions with manager, partner, professional standards department and client • Supervised professional staff assigned to respective audit engagement; monitored staff’s progress with respect to time budgets frequently to ensure that the assignment is on schedule. • Evaluation of annual internal audit plan prepared by entity management • Interact closely with managers and partners on all related client and team matters. • Consultation on significant matters with various professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors and IT experts • Establishing positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders• Providing basic advisory services to clients in respect of taxation, accounting treatment of complex transactions and compliance with secretarial practices

I have completed three and half years article ship (Training) as stipulated by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) mandatory from May 2009 to December 2013.
