Martin Luther King Jr. said, “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” Although my first job (Techlogix 2005) was behind the desk like most of IT graduates, I knew this was not me, so I made a move to Sales role very quickly. Loved the dynamism of being a Salesperson and this has been an amazing ride so far with full of exciting opportunities. Starting from barcode equipment evolved into software selling including ERPs, Bespoke applications, Integration, process automation solutions and leading to my current passion Cloud. I joined Oracle in 2010 as Middleware Sales.I have managed Middleware business for Sage West countries (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan). In 2017 started managing Technology and Cloud platform team for North and Central Pakistan and since then have managed to achieve double digit YoY License growth and exponential growth on Cloud consumption. I am enthusiastic about Sales and Technology but growing from an individual contributor to a manager, I have realized (in 20+ years of my career) my true desire is to - help build careers - help staying motivated - help develop problem solving skills- help achieving goals
