I am a passionate Product Designer at UZD Solutions, where I specialize in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. With a strong foundation in design thinking, I collaborate with teams to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative products that meet both user needs and business objectives.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Berjaya University Kuala Lumpur, which has given me deep understanding of customer needs, service excellence, and how to create seamless, memorable experiences. This expertise has been integral in both my design work and business ventures, where I always strive to enhance the user journey and deliver high-quality solutions.In addition to my design work, I bring extensive experience in the hospitality and F&B industries. I am a freelance professional food photographer too where I’ve had the opportunity to work with over 400 restaurants, gaining invaluable insights into F&B operations, customer experience, and brand positioning. My current venture is a bubble tea brand in Al Khobar, where I apply my deep understanding of F&B operations and customer needs to drive success.My entrepreneurial journey has been an exciting and rewarding ride, filled with valuable lessons along the way. I’ve had the opportunity to start and learn from a variety of ventures, including an F&B tech startup, a clothing brand, a digital marketing company, a B2B photography company, and even launching a cloud kitchen. While not all of these businesses succeeded, each experience has shaped me, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to innovate, adapt, and keep pushing forward. These ventures have fueled my passion for entrepreneurship and continue to inspire my approach to both design and business today.With a diverse background and a passion for both design and entrepreneurship, I am always excited to explore new challenges, grow professionally, and make a lasting impact in the world of design, business, and beyond.
