Accountable for all Nestle Continuous Excellence initiatives in the Factory along with managing IP (Industrial Performance) related activities for Factory.Establish the right organization (people and structure) in the factory to support roll out of NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence) initiatives within own factory according to the NCE Operating Framework

Lead process operations effectively and access process control parameters according to the standards. Troubleshoot and review the operations activities of 400Tons/day detergent plant with DCS system. Planning of raw materials to the work place, Execute the production schedule, coordinate with team leaders, supervisors and manage shift related activities effectively. Working on SAP PP such as material management, RM Planning, material issuance, creating RM & PM reservations, confirm daily production reports, audit floor cycle count balance. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level according to the given SOP’s in order to meet the quality standards. Participate in all continuous improvements projects related to cost, quality, productivity using methodology such as TPM, 5s, HACCP and develop cost-effective alternatives to production process Manage daily RM consumption reports; provide training, guidance to team leaders and workers about improvements in quality of product and process safety of hazardous chemicals such as enzymes, perfumes. Implementation of GMP guidelines to enforce safe work practices and safety regulations.
