- Assemble matches and related assemblies with support from Engineering and Production Management - 100% follow of the instructions provided in the assembly documentation - Propose lean assembly techniques to PEN Production Management - Propose process to improve manufacturing or department capabilities.Follow Lean,Safety and Quality Procedures Take Corrective Action." - Participate in studies conducted by Production Management or Engineering Team for the opportunities for reduction of the cycle time" - Provide input to Production Management of any required production fixtures. - Actively participate in the transfer of product to PEN factory. - Assist with local repair and rework process - Working on new product with NPI engineering department and acting as trainer after the new project ready to release to production.- Need to calibrate all torque on every end of the month and ensure all torque must be calibrated every month.- Get involve with RMA team in upgrade revision and specification of product that have been requested by customer.

- Understanding drawing, follows the work instruction and sample assemblies or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.- Perform pneumatic tubing installation by referring to schematic diagram provided and perform mechanical sub system assembly by referring the drawing.- Running test on pneumatic system sub kit to check leaking of gas particle on the system using helium leak detector.- Assemble sub-kit part of the machine based on the mechanical drawing given.- Evaluate new equipment and technique & maintain safe working environment- Working in clean room.
