BHD , MUAR, JOHORPRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, WHITEWOOD (WW) PLANTJOB DESCRIPTION:- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Shop Floor Tracking (SFT) system to manage the operational production run smoothly by ensuring the material supplied are sufficient & the quantity of products produced as planned by Production Controller (PC)  Responsible to manage the production planning to ensure the production target and quality are meet the requirement. Study the labor time & cost needed for production & research ways to minimize the labor time & cost spent in every production lines.  Responsible to create Bill of Material (BOM) for each Manufacturing Purchasing Order (MPO)  Actively involve in team meetings with Production Supervisor & Production Manager to discuss about production status and ongoing problems for every production departments. Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.  Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.  Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Analyze overall production workers salary,working hours & output in each department & report to the Factory Manager & Director monthly.

SOUTHERN PIPE INDUSTRY(M) SDN.BHD, BUTTERWORTH, PENANGPRODUCTION & ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, PLANT DIVISION.Attached Area: UltraGal In-Line Galvanized Pipe Plant Section (Tube Mill 7) Acid Scrubber UnitShot Blasting MachinePre-Treatment Unit.Quenching Unit.High-Frequency Welding(HFW) Unit.Types Of Project Perform:1.Work with a team (Process Engineer & Quality Assurance(QA) Engineer) to monitor the plant and equipments performance, monitor product yield and specification, and as well as to solve any issue and problem arise within the area.2.Involved and assisted process engineer for management activities involving area administration and human resource.3.Involved in zinc consumption optimization project that secure about RM 1 million per year.4.Responsible in determining the ideal proportions for flux solution (Zinc Chloride,ZnCl4 + Ammonium Chloride,NH4Cl) to reduce zinc dross and zinc ash formation.5.Actively involved in zinc consumption project by attending discussions and accompanying engineers to observe the current problem6.By attending the maintenance meeting, trainee meeting and revamp meeting, have gained a lot of experience and learned the leadership quality from them. 7.Makes regular field routine area inspection to ensure plant equipment is functioning correctly. Takes corrective action within level of competence or refers to Supervisor.8.Responsible for doing hydrostatic test & bending test in Quality Assurance(QA) Department to make sure the best quality of pipes are supplied to the customer
