-Patching and vulnerability remediation of server systems and applications by using SCCM. -Partner with infrastructure and operations to ensure they are in sync with the patch management policies, standards, and procedures.-Deployments monitoring and addressed issues through SCCM reporting-SCCM migration from 2012 R2 to 1806-Develop, execute, and maintain processes, procedures, and monitor the governance of patch management activities.

- IBM WebSphere Administration- Supporting SharePoint server- Building new environmet for new SharePoint server 2010- SCCM Patching- Knowledge of supported products and platforms (Windows client systems – Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 + Active Directory; - Remote support using SMS; patching; upgrades to OS; personal firewalls & McAfee ePO –ePolicy Orchestrator), and desktop support (cabling, peripherals, hardware & software).

 Provide support for network related issues within a Windows server 2003 network environment. Responsible for server and desktop image packaging. Perform routine administration tasks (group and user account management, access permission and Group Policy Setup) in Active Directory environment. Administer and maintain DNS, WINS and DHCP services on Servers. Monitor system backup and recovery activities Install and configure file and printer server and set up proper permission. Deploy updates, service packs and hot fixes using Windows Update, Automatic Updates, and Group Policies. Install Windows XP/Vista workstations using Acronis Image software.
