Current• Overseeing sales and operations planning (S&OP) to ensure synchronization between supply and aggregate demand. • Identifying production capacity constraints and devising strategic plans and ensuring efficient inventory management across Getz Pharma's nationwide warehouses and distributor networks, employing strategies • Facilitating the onboarding of selected suppliers to establish partnerships for commercial supplies, thereby ensuring a robust and reliable pharmaceutical production supply chain. • Facilitating negotiations and relationships with external suppliers and business partners to maintain reliable and uninterrupted supply of goods and services. • Creating and implementing a roadmap for the digital transformation of the Supply Chain to transition from traditional processes to end-to-end digital processes and real-time analytics for faster decision-making.• Conducting risk management and constraint analysis on key materials, recommending and implementing risk mitigation activities. • Enhancing business performance by effectively utilizing customs tariffs and various concessionary frameworks, including FTA, SAFTA, IOCO• Leading the Supply Chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon KPIs
