Lead evaluation activities using equipment reporting data, maintenance records, and Operator observations to identify root problems that have resulted in unplanned downtime events and assist in the creation of mitigation measures.Job responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations and Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups to strategize and develop enterprise-wide Condition-based (CBM)/Predictive maintenance (PDM) strategies for our essential equipment classes.1. New Crude Heater (HBII-H 101A) Technical and Commercial Evaluation of quotations for awarding the Bid to M/s EKL (pvt) Ltd. •Installation and commissioning of new crude heater of capacity 6000 BPD at HBU-II.II. Pour Point Depression Units: Provide input and assist engineering and procurement to ensure that the safest and most cost effective methods are used for transporting and lifting heavy static equipment. Provided prompt supervision and technical assistance during the Re-routing of pipelines for Site Clearance of ARU. Upon receiving vendors’ proposals, review of the technical and commercial proposals and provide evaluation/recommendations to project manager to finalize purchase orders.III. TA Planning of Distillation and Reformer Unit Planning of TA of HBUs and Reformer Unit by Using MS Project Software. Provide prompt supervision and technical assistance during Fabrication, welding, NDT (RT & DPT) and installation of complete LPG Piping Circuit. Major overhauling during 2.5 MW diesel driven Engine
