• Project implementation plan for successful project execution, economic procurement and timely delivery of materials/equipment.• Study the project descriptions and specifications for required standards to fulfil the technical requirements; confirm the latest edition of technical standards and check the project specific requirements. • Explore more competencies of price with sub-suppliers in order to prepare effective bids and subsequently reduce the total costs of the projects during execution. • Coordinate with Sales to prepare offers with best prices and with alternative offer options. • Ensure effective means of project reporting to Management and Business Administrators as well as control running costs and resources.• Coordinate with Project managers, Project Engineers, Designers, Site Engineers and Electrical and Civil Supervisors to get their feedback about the complete project in order to form a better guideline for calculation of future quotations.• Prepare additional offers, spare parts lists if required; Provide technical clarification and comments raised by clients, Sales Engineers and Design Engineers during the bidding stage as well as during project execution.• Coordinate with clients/consultants to successfully complete the project in time and quality including final project handing-over and documentation to the client/end user.• Systematic filling of all quotation / project related documentation
