Driving operations successfully to ensure warehousing SOPs, safe and timely movements.Planning and execution of equipments to be use for loading in warehouse for each and every movement.Negotiating rates with the transporters for the viable deployment of the allocated load.Ensure Documentation of different nature of shipments, which includes import, export, Afghan Trade (Commercial), (Non-Commercial) NATO, ISAF, US Army & British force to Afghanistan.Follow up Complete procedure for Memorandum, Diplomatic Note and exemption letter for the tax exempted shipments.Correspondence with authorities i.e. Pakistan Customs, NLC, US Consulates & Karachi portFollow up Afghan Transit and keep continuous follow up on commercial & Military cargo movements to Chaman, Kandahar, Leatherneck and other stationsDecision making while communicating with Embassies / ConsulatesSupervising Team & providing managerial assistance.Providing quality logistics services to our valued customers within specified time period to develop goodwill and build long-term business relationship.Provide customer satisfaction by communicating with them.Developing strategies to attain & retain business and keep services equity.Manage all company accounts including effective account receivables/Payables.Constant fund management and bank account management for efficient and effective operations.Reporting to Head Office about operational activities and updates to clients regarding their shipments.Planning and hiring of Trucks for moving Containers/LCL and also arrangements of warehouse when required.
