Liaise with the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) Army, Police and Local Government department, ESSI etc.Secure NOCs/approvals from governmental bodies. E.g. PDA, Stn. HQ, other Development Authorities etc.Attend meetings with the governmental authorities and comply with their requirements. Look after cell Sites Acquisition of North Region.Ensure timely delivery of BTS payment. To supervise all site Acquisition activities & keep close coordination with Lease management Team & outsourced vendors.Prepare & submit document to Environmental Protection agencies.Acquire space for solar & fiber project.Conduct TSS on sharing & decommissioning project & develop SSRF for submission. Complete Rollout Targets within the stipulated time & acquire site within the lease bands. Coordination with Govt. Agencies & authorities. Maintain weekly & monthly site acquisition reports.Negotiating & reviewing lease contracts with landowners according to company’s policies.To obtain NOCs from Government authorities, look after renewal & keep proper NOC track & Coordination with the focal persons.Assist AM RE & SA in various Assignment.Any other assigned task by line manager. 24/7 Back support to keep the network alive.To resolve owners & access issues at sites to avoid outages.

 Monitoring BTS sites security in KPK Province of Pakistan. Ensuring timely delivery of wages for security staff deployed at sites throughout KPK province. Resolution of disputes with owners and other agencies. Negotiations for conflict and dispute resolution. Speedy processing of site sharing proceedings where TP is host. Keeping the Telenor cellular network alive round the clock by keeping due coordination between client and managed services vendors. Monitoring and reporting of daily fuel consumptions for standby arrangements at sites. Ensuring and maintain complete site access records by stake holders including log of equipment additions and replacements from cell sites. Deployment of new methodologies and latest equipment to improve site efficiencies. Managing site supervisory staff and making their performance appraisal on regular basis. Coordination with local law enforcement agencies to keep the company assets safe and secure

 Managed more than 700 Cell sites of Telenor network in term of security perspective. Dealt with different Gov’t Departments to cater threats or incidents of theft, vandalism, etc. at all BTS sites and ensure safety of company interest and assets. Ensured coordination among internal departments of the company for smooth functioning. Coordinated and obtained on average 99% operational excellence of cell sites. Coordinated and Completed deployment of skilled security staff at allocated cell sites of Telenor Pakistan. Implemented and maintained the Safety & Risk Manual, Emergency Response Manual, Safety and Risk Management Standard Operating Procedures. Stream lined vendors for security and managed service of cell sites.  Established SOP’s of different performance activities pertaining to cell site operations and security.
