Working as a inspection executive, Softline: home textile / ApparelProfessional Working Experience: Handling communication / correspondence to plan inspections (order to invoice) with many international customers as well as Major client Prenatal, Khols, Wal-Mart, Inditex, JM, Sadaqat Group, Wilko, etc.- Verify and finalize the inspection official reports as per client given work instruction.- Training and discussion section to update the QA inspectors about the inspection procedure and other client instruction.- Maintain and update Work Instruction in soft copy and hardcopy of many clients. - Instruct to QA Inspectors about Inspection work instruction and any updates of customers.- Solve the queries receive from customer regarding inspection.• To ensure, operational excellence to clients, make them aware with new regulations, manage customer expectations during execution and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction.• International / local communications / planning / service execution quality / development of QAs and internal staff with respect to market need through trainings and session.• Aware the clients with their end client need myself and with support of technical team to ensure development of client• Work closely with factory to ensure correct production, clear comments.• Ensure consistency of quality control mechanism as per the customer’s quality standards and ensure the garments should meet the agreed quality parameters as per the buyer’s requirements before any shipment dispatch from the facility.• Execution of Quality services as per ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4 2008 & ISO 2859 standards for Garments & American 4 point system for Fabric quality assurance.Inspections types: Initial, inline, final, loading supervision of Home Textile and Apparel of European and USA clients.
