I am a Director of Operations at THE ACADEMY LEARNING NETWORK SYSTEM, a leading provider of online and blended learning solutions for students and teachers. I have over 22 years of experience in the education sector, with a Masters degree in Business Administration and Economics and a NLP certification.My mission is to spearhead high-performing O & A-Level departments by executing a results-driven approach for development, delivery, and maintenance of a specified program of educational provision with a focus on outstanding student experience. I have been prioritizing to put together ingenious ideas to make a positive difference in students' life by establishing a friendly and supportive culture.I have also been working as a Director at Adamjee Network of Education, where I have been motivating staff for high performance with frequent teacher's training activities, implementing innovative approaches to transform learning for students, and handling emerging priorities and demands from staff, students, and parents with prompt decision making.
