Leading Energy Management team. A very exciting role with a great potential to add value in terms of planning Energy efficient solutions & producing OPEX savings for the company. My major responsibilities included in this role are:• To identify saving and efficiency potentials by forecasts scrutiny and devising savings initiatives.• To scrutinize capex plan for power and passive stream in regional demand management model as Energy Management Lead.• Leading a team of Power Engineers and Experts to meet site design and power planning requirements for Telenor Pakistan’s GSM network, which currently comprises of 7800+ Base stations and Core/Data Centers.• Planning and advising the company on energy efficiency products and procedures to achieve as low OPEX as possible. • Business Case, RFQs, Contracts, Technical Reports, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory management & procedures formulation.• Participated on behalf of Network Operations in “CDC Program” for Telenor Pakistan for “Power, Passive Infrastructure” • Maintaining Operational drive for delivery as per the business case assumptions and keeping track of the expectations & delivery.• Liaison with all the stake holder for planning, implementation & network operations for timely delivery and to meet required operational excellence. • Undertaken green energy initiatives aligned with Telenor’s group strategy of efficiency and simplification. Portfolio enhancement of green energy sites with solar systems, wind solutions and fuel cells• Plan and execute the swap/upgrade of end of life infrastructure e.g. Generators, Rectifier, UPS/Inverter system, Precision cooling systems, containment solutions, Fire suppression System, BMS, EMS and DCIM etc.• Integration & Utilization of Remote Monitoring Systems to achieve Operation Excellence

A very exciting position where I was able to flourish my skills and added value in terms of suitable solutions provisioning to address operational pain areas to bring stability into the network. My major responsibilities included in this role were: • Responsible for all power and infrastructure activities for core and access network nationwide. • Preparing appropriate solutions for batteries, rectifiers, transformers, generators & line conditioners in coordination with PP & IDD teams for implementation in order to address operations pain areas.• Ensuring smooth R&R cycle and swift availability for power spares for both core and access network. • Handling preventive maintenance activities nationwide.• Ensuring gadgets functionality like remote monitoring devices. • Network Asset theft Handling & Network Security• Handling TP in-house lab activities for swift repairing process to keep delivery intact with the network requirements. • Custodian of FC for First Level Maintenance, Network Maintenance & Network Security. (OPEX &CAPEX) All the PO/PR, SAC & FAC etc. • Technical lead from the Field Operations side for the project CDC for providing technical assistance. • Post-performance analysis for deployed assets as per the outages and opex for appropriate solution design. • Managing suppliers and sub-contractors- New contracts & addendum as per operational requirements. Battery Testing at the Vendor facility in China Potevio, Shoto & Vision. for product scrutinizing and performance evaluation.

My major responsibilities included in this role were: • Responsible for PM activities for access & core network nationwide• PM Plan’s development and timely execution of PM activities.• Taking all the preventive measures to keep sites in healthy condition for stable network operations.• Weak DG’s identification, developing & Executing Major Overhauling plan for access network.• Site PM Audits and ensuring compliance to required standards.• Enablement of field teams for quality PM delivery. PM Road shows, trainings & refreshers etc• Second level support to regions on P&I issues.• In house EOL battery replacement projects execution.• Battery Refurbishment activities and supporting regions over their critical needs.• Ensure HSE Compliance during PM activities.

- Operations & Maintenance of Power Infrastructure at core & access network (approx. 1000+ sites).- Deployment of Solar Systems and looking after maintenance. (Outback, ZTE & LCC etc)- Maintenance of Commercial power related issues like transformers, HT/LT lines, Energy meters & load extension including billing of cell sites.-Maintenance and Major/Minor overhauling of Generators ( Perkins, Cummins, Denyo, Detroit, FG- Wilson, volvo penta, Marapco & Caterpillar etc.)- Operations and Maintenance of Remote Monitoring systems (RMS) installed for power parameters monitoring ( ZTE, Innexiv & LCC etc)- Deployment & Maintenance of Deep Cycle battery solutions like. ( Shoto, GS-Yuasa, BSB & SacredSun etc.)

- Supervised & monitored Operations and Maintenance of installed Electrical (DC & AC) systems including Rectifiers (Eltek, Power One, Delta & Emerson etc), Invertors, Generator (John Deer, SDMO, Perkins & Siemens), Fire panels ( Alarmus) & ATS etc.-Leading teams and managing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of cell sites.-Supervised overhauling of Generators such as John Deer and SDMO, Perkins etc.-Managed Refueling project for approx. 800 cell sites.
