I have been serving in industry and academia for 20 years now. In recent years I assisted, supervised projects, teams and collaborated with entrepreneurs and startups in Canada. Earlier I taught to undergraduate and graduate students at University in Pakistan, Colleges in Canada. During my engagement in Industry, I performed various roles in sales, marketing, human resource and strategic management areas. My entrepreneurial venture in training & development domain transformed and trained hundreds of professionals in private & public sector of Pakistan . My latest venture is to bridge industry, academia and government by enabling and enhancing effectiveness by human capital management, Organizational restructuring & Development, IT based solutions.Served as Deputy Dean at Faculty of Management Sciences, IIU Pakistan. Curriculum Development, Conference Organizations, HCM and Entrepreneurship programs are some of the credits to mention.I intend to contribute to academia, research and Industry by conducting research in strategic management, HR, Entrepreneurship fields and enabling young graduates and professionals to plan and initiate new ventures so they can contribute to society and to themselves.
