Design HR policies, SOPs, JDs, KPIs and assist in defining OKRs•Ensuring people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities. Helped in developing and maintaining all Organograms while defining the organizational structure•Partner with the leadership team to define, lead and execute the organization's talent strategy relating to current and future talent needs. Lead the recruitment drives and maintain a talent management database. Facilitate the offer process, manage compensation bands, and provide an onboarding framework, all in partnership with hiring managers•Partner with the leadership team on our performance review and feedback process to help our team learn, grow, and scale•Lead the implementation of FlowHCM as our prime HR Software. FlowHCM is being used to manage HR Operations, attendance, payroll, employee grievances and to generate monthly reports•Define and execute Learning and Development strategy and create learning and development programs & initiatives to support individual career growth, with a strong focus on developing leaders and first-time managers•Establish and maintain effective win – win working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation. Execution of different employee life cycle related engagement activity programs•Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent•Close coordination with Jubilee Health Insurance and different vendors for smooth process to ensure that all the matters would be resolved in a timely manner

• Responsible for complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, hiring, onboarding) of 03 Business Units (Dunya TV, Lahore News & Roznama Dunya)• Interview candidates in person, over the phone, and through Google Meet ensuring both technical and cultural fit • Negotiate salary and benefits• Conducting new employee orientations & onboarding related paperwork• Training of new joiners and existing employees in coordination with line managers• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, transfers, or promotions, using HRIS• Proactively sourced potential candidates through Headhunting• Coordinating with regional offices for recruitment at their premises, ensuring that the candidate selected meets the required criteria and verifying the replacement as well• Prepare detailed succession charts based on departmental organograms, JD’s, qualification and expertise• Prepare and posting Job ad’s on platforms such as LinkedIn and Rozee.pk • Maintain ATS as well as CV Databank for potential resources• Prepare monthly work force analysis report to determine the current and future staffing needs after consultation with HOD’s• Prepare weekly presentations on department as well as unit wise turnover• Prepare company organograms via MS Visio• Conducting Inquiries and preparing Inquiry Reports• Liaison with recruitment partners

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for White-collar Staff• Responsible for shortlisting candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned department’s head. • Interviewing shortlisted applicants on call, face to face with the concerned departments• Negotiating salaries with the selected candidates• Handling the entire onboarding process from the offer letter, preparing contracts, Induction of new joiners, creating employee ID in the system, requesting IT department for assets, and Admin for accommodation & travel arrangements, and notifying operations & management• Posting job ads on LinkedIn and on the company website and announcing the role internally within the company & appreciating internal promotions• Conducting exit interviews of the leavers• Coordinating with Admin Department to arrange company maintained vehicles as well as transport for new joiners
