Key Responsibilities:• Preventive, periodic and corrective maintenance of various pneumatic and electronic field instruments and control systems like Honeywell DCS, SM and Triconex ESD.• Carry out major maintenance and overhauling during planned/unforeseen Shut Down of the plant and provide support for plant startup.• Use of CMMS/ERP (JD Edwards 9.1) to work with Word Orders, generate Work Permit, issue spares from Warehouse and prepare Job Report.• Actively participate with Project team during installation and commissioning of projects.Professional Skills:E.S.D:• Check ESD trip logics in Triconex® Tristation1131 and Honeywell® FSC® / SM® and force / override logic as per plant requirement or for maintenance.D.C.S:• Check Honeywell DCS TPS/Experion alarms, trends, events and system network and troubleshoot field / system faults.Machine Monitoring Systems:• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Bently® Nevada Vibration Monitoring system model 7200, 3300, 3300XL and 3500 installed on Turbines, Compressors and Pumps.• Remove the probes during plant shutdown and check with Bently Nevada TK-3G.• Turbine governor control system of Woodward 505e and 5009FT TMR.• Invensys Triconex Anti-Surge Control Systems for Air, Natural Gas, Syn Gas, Refrigeration, CO2 Compressor.• OSPS (Overspeed Protection Systems) by Jaquet and Trident TMR.B.M.S (Burner Management System):• Honeywell FSC Controller• Invensys Tricon BMS• FirEye® UV Flame Scanner / Amplifier 45UV5
