As a Maintenance Manager for Pladis Global's factories in Saudi Arabia, I lead electrical, automation, mechanical, packaging, utilities, and facilities teams to deliver assets maintenance, plant engineering, and project management. I am also responsible for technical procurement and manufacturing operation excellence. I have a proven track record of leading sustainable change in high-volume fast-paced autonomous manufacturing operations. I have successfully implemented operation excellence, TPM, and 6-Sigma tools across two factories, achieving an exceptional increase in OEE (overall equipment efficiency) and decrease in MCC (Manufacturing conversion cost). I have executed several end-to-end projects and lead many vertical startups including end-of-line robotic automation projects, bulk handling and raw material automation, reengineered production lines, debottlenecking, infrastructural extensions, new utility plants and upgrades.
