Monitoring of haulier’s activities to ensure the transportation of packed containers to their respective loading ports and its clearance by the broker.Handling the cumbersome issues technically and to dig out correct reason of delay / problem to avoid unnecessary criticism upon any of our business partner.To address the plant, Hauler and shipping lines issues in order to find a better solution in coordination with SABIC Management.To prepare and present the weekly and monthly performance report of our business cohorts.
