• Cultivate business development & growth strategy focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction.• Conduct research into new markets to identify potential customers.• Assess the needs of existing and potential clients to promote Turn Key Projects, Internal Finish Projects, Fit-out Projects & Civil works, in conjunction with recommendations in the selection of appropriate services, followed by negotiating prices or other sales terms.• Provide input to management on Turn Key Projects, Internal Finish Projects, Fit-out Projects & Civil works in accordance with the client’s needs and shifting market trends.• Deliver sales presentations and sales proposals to illustrate the benefits of the use of our solutions.• Support estimation team for costs associated with the supply, installation, and after-sales support of our equipment or services.• Prepare and administer sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, as well as maintaining customer records.• Provide troubleshooting expertise to address technical challenges pertaining to the Turn Key Projects, Internal Finish Projects, Fit-out Projects & Civil work • Support and build relationships with teams to improve the processes through which the business can improve.• Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends.• Supervise the activities of business development staff and sales specialists and offer sales and technical training to address key improvement areas.
