The major features of the plant are:• 45 producing wells out of which 20 Wells are SCADA controlled• Gathering system and Slug catcher• 14 nos. reciprocating front end compressors• Installation of 03 nos. centrifugal front end compressors driven by SOLAR gas Turbines is in progress• Two Pretreatment trains including Pre coolers (shell and tube type heat exchanger),Chiller economizers, Chillers, Memguard vessels having adsorbing material, Regeneration gas heater(furnace)… Show more The major features of the plant are:• 45 producing wells out of which 20 Wells are SCADA controlled• Gathering system and Slug catcher• 14 nos. reciprocating front end compressors• Installation of 03 nos. centrifugal front end compressors driven by SOLAR gas Turbines is in progress• Two Pretreatment trains including Pre coolers (shell and tube type heat exchanger),Chiller economizers, Chillers, Memguard vessels having adsorbing material, Regeneration gas heater(furnace), Regeneration gas blower, Refrigeration package, having Four Waukesha gas engines each 850 KW for driving screw compressors (Howden) used for compression of propane refrigerant lube oil system, chilling system (evaporators), condensers etc.• Three trains of membrane skids• Two gas turbines (Nuovo Pignone Italy ) 10 MW each and Two of MAN Turbo Germany 11.2 MW each used for driving the centrifugal compressors which are used for permeate gas compression• Instrument air system, Condensate/produced water treatment system, Fuel Gas system, Fire water system, Flare system, Cooling water system, • Power Generation (05 gas engine generators)• CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) • Presently Qadirpur plant has the most state of the art technology in gas systems with sophisticated control system (Modicon PLC/MMI/HMI). Receive maintenance work orders and repair work requests, determine priorities, identify and request required material, spares etc, liaises with counterparts in operations to release desired equipment and execute work on site and/or in workshop. Investigate and troubleshoot maintenance problems. Implement fault-finding routines and procedures, diagnose problems and take appropriate action including devising and implementing solutions in consultation with engineers. Field devices e.g. smart transmitters, Control Valves, On-Off / Safety Valves, Controller / Indicator, Fieldvue Valve Positioner, sensors, gauges, vibration probes and Speed probes etc. Show less
