-Research and Development of production processes; automation of mechanical systems with the PLC/ Microcontrollers-Planning and managing multiple projects-Lead the team of Engineers to meet the deadlines and project objectives.-Mechanical drawings verification and approval-Motor driver circuit design, simulation, and testing.-PCB designing and fabrication-Reverse engineering of a PCB board; components, and trace identification.-Circuit analysis, Proteus schematics, and simulation-Load testing; identification of load currents-Improvement in linear power supply and filter circuit and its testing.-Microcontroller programming and debugging.-Automation of manual processes with the integration of smart control units.-Check the preventative maintenance status of all the production machinery and equipment, including ---ETO sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, CNC machines, spot welding and hardness testers-Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to identify the root cause; develop and implement the solution to prevent future issues.

-Preparation of Technical Documentation of Products i.e. Technical Files, DMR/DHR, Technical Datasheets, IFUs and control protocols for manufacturing.-Implementing and Sustaining relevant clauses of ISO 13485: 2016 and cGMP for every product's processes-Performing and Preparing Internal Audits, Material Inspection Reports, Process validations, Equipment Calibrations, Training and Weekly/Monthly/Bi-Annual Reporting-Introducing the concept of Continuous Improvement and Kaizen culture to all departments-Acting as Management Representative when higher management isn't reachable for decisions onproduction issues
