After my Bachelor’s in 2017, I joined Halfur Tech where I served as a Management Trainee in Human Resources. My key role was to work on end-to-end recruitments for non-technical jobs and operating closely with hiring managers to understand the specific skillsets they were aiming for. From sourcing potential applicants via LinkedIn and other Social Media Platforms to setting up the final interviews with the hiring leads, I excelled in all. Soon, I was promoted to Human Resources Assistant where I recruited employees for technical jobs, such as Frontend and Backend Engineers, Full stack Developers, etc.I switched to Carta HealthCare Inc. in January 2021. Here, I am working as a Human Resource Coordinator. Recruiting top-notch IT geeks who can prove their skills in our company is my foremost responsibility. Apart from this, I also look after the corporate hiring process. Basically, I do full-cycle recruiting for Carta HealthCare to lead the business teams to their success. With a ton of experience in the field, I have come up with several recruiting strategies that test the potential candidates to the best of their ability.
