Project: General Maintenance and Assets Preservation of Offshore Oil Platform, Single Point Mooring (SPM) and Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM)- Making detailed work plan for each phase based on the project plan- Responsible to create daily, weekly, and monthly report about ongoing work - Delivering daily work plans to engineer and workers- Daily updating of work progress per timelines and making enquiry in case of any delay- Monitoring engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement, construction and testing and commissioning status- Conduct weekly review of project plan to assess the milestones covered - Maintenance of Single Point Mooring (SPM)- Maintenance of Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM)- Inspection of Platforms, Jackets, Bridge, Pipe spools and Piles

Project: CDU Unit shutdown- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan- Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera 6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control- Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement, construction and testing and commissioning status- Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced, and completed- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required

Projects: General MaintenanceClient: BPCL Kochi Refinery, India- Proper arrangement of equipment and manpower based on the site without delaying of production on daily basis- Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during fabrication work is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specification and correct materials of pipeline- Responsible for conducting daily toolbox talk and providing safety awareness to the crew members- Familiar in erection of hook up spools in utility station and pumps, equipment- Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all the work activities in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and project specifications- Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as bills of materials, welding cards, consumables ets are properly achieved and cooperate with safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations
