Provide break-fix support including, but no limited to, machine inspection , checklist creation, troubleshooting and replacement of System hardware level, trouble-shooting of Operating system, incident ownership and management. Deliver high quality services and customer satisfactions to our clients. Provides investigation, diagnostic testing , and repair/solution of System hardware, Operating System, Virtualization and clustering infrastructure in complex enterprise environments. Provide timely and accurate level 2 & 3 on-site break-fix support for area of expertise based on SLA (24x7).
