Major Responsibilities: ( COMNET Polio project ) Sindh• Coordination: able to coordinate and organize different training• Facilitate in different training and report writing of events • Monitoring of CTC Projects and reporting • Close coordination with COMNet staff in Sindh • Close coordination with UNICEF, WHO and EPI Sindh Offices for UNICEF HR Project• Close coordination with District Health Officers of Sindh • And day to day admin and Human Resource related matters of COMNet Sindh staff. • Facilitate different training (Social Mobilization, Communication for Development, Polio team trainings)

Major Responsibilities:• Coordination; able to coordinate and organize different training workshops, seminars, and shows • Prepare vehicle plans• Maintain personal record of Staff• Maintain records of Building, Stock, Inventory, Stationery and Store • Update vehicle records• Maintain and update Leave record all staff.• Purchasing stationery, consumable items and vehicle spare parts etc.• Communication (able to operate telephone exchange, Fax and Photocopier) • Ensure recording of incoming and out going regular mails and faxes. • All other admin related work

Major Responsibilities:• To coordinate the team in carrying out action research continuously and assist the Manager Program Operation in making the strategy more realistic and demand oriented. • To improve the effectiveness of the social mobilization and to strengthening the grass roots institutions.• To evolve out a system on the grass roots level that integrates effectively both program operation and program support unit activities towards a clear and coherent out put of the main TRDP thrusts. • To coordinate the team of 8-10 professional and social mobilization persons.• To facilitate participatory planning at village level.• To evolve a system of monitoring of involving the PDC through routine meetings, workshops, appraisals and daily field visit diaries.• To identify community and staff training needs and organize the training events at field unit level.
