Graduate Electrical Engineer
Current• Manage the delivery of TelePower Design quotes.• Manage, process and deliver all TelePower requests for quotation through to approval.• Perform site presale audits as required to ensure accurate quotes.• Convey best practices of design aspect to the client.• Schedule hand over meetings with team members.• Perform site work audits to ensure compliance to specification and work practices.• Ensuring all relevant KPI are met and strive to exceed customer expectations.• Promote CYB activities and success on an ongoing basis.• Develop and maintain relationships (both customer and CYB staff)• Prepare and submit Reports as required.• Collect and store relevant knowledge where it can be used by all staff.• First point of Contact for technical questions from internal staff.• Guide and mentor project delivery team.• Make recommendations regarding initiatives for improvement.• Assist team members to achieve objectives or tasks.• Ensured compliance with relevant legislation and company's policies.• Ensured quality internal and external customer service is delivered.• Ensured that quality issues and WH&S incidents or hazards are reported.
