I am working as AM Quality Assurance with 10 years of experience in Further Meat Processing. I have worked in Quality Assurance & Food Safety management system and attained internal & external auditing certifications of ISO 22000 and PS-3733 (Halal Standards) . Currently I am working as AM Quality Assurance (Food safety Team Leader) in Sufi Group of Companies, Hamza Foods Pvt.Ltd (Further Processing Plant) . Here I work in many different fields like QA monitoring and improvement in production process. I also work in Microbiological and chemical analysis of raw & further Meat products. Currently i am working on documentation and implementation of HACCP & Food Safety Management System. Colleagues know me as a good Quality professional who can always be trusted with a new approach but i not try to impose my ideas on them.
