Compose letter or memorandum in response to incoming mails, calls & letters. Coordinate and facilitate calendar to arrange appointments, meetings and conference. Handle and maintain staff traveling and vacations record as well as the personal file. Expert in prioritizing jobs, working on procedures, meeting deadlines and ensuring routine performance
