Job Responsibilities:• Maintain & analysis of all operational log records of plant overall achievement, total energy, fuel & lube oil consumption, operating status of equipment in sound and clean condition.• Regular liaison with PDB, NLDC for load, and other departments.• Daily, Monthly & Yearly outage, availability and Specific Fuel consumption report making & planning as required. • Responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable, and smooth operation of Wartsila W18V46 & Triveni Turbine TST-2060LM.• Ensure proper coordination with Boiler & Turbine Control room for smooth power generation. • Responsible for ensuring targeted production & perform the best way to get the maximum generation.• Supervision of 230 KV Grid substation, six power & seven auxiliary transformers, and switchgear equipments.• Troubleshooting and unscheduled Maintenance of Engine & Auxiliaries.• Evaluation & Monitoring of all parameters of Engine & Auxiliaries & take preventive actions.Engine and Generator Set:17*17.076 MW Wartsila (Model: W18V46) with 21345KVA Alternators ABB AMG1600SS12DSE, 3*8.04 Triveni Turbine with 10050KVA TDPS Alternators, 70/80MVA six power transformer China XD JINAN & 3500KVA seven auxiliary transformer; Control System – WOIS (PLC based control system).

Job Responsibilities:• Smooth operation of W20V32.• Trouble shooting various types of sensor such as Exhaust gas temperature, Lube oil temperature, Cylinder Temperature & others temperature & pressure sensor.• Lube oil top up and sweetening.• Cylinder tightness checking & peak pressure taking.• Monitoring of all parameters of Engine & Auxiliaries.• Documentation and House Keeping.
